The playbook
The Clinical Pivot Playbook costs £30 as a one-time payment, with no subscription or renewal charge. It includes all 12 AI lessons, eight career maps, eight 90-day plans, the guides and the template library. The personal story includes draft chapters, clearly marked on its page. The separate PDF resource library is not included as a finished product.
Getting access
Sign in before paying. Your purchase belongs to that account, so use the same email on another device. Access unlocks after payment is confirmed. If you have a receipt but cannot open the content, contact us before paying again.
Consultations
A 60-minute advisory session costs £60 plus TidyCal’s £0.60 platform fee, for a total of £60.60. Check the date, time zone, total and session details on the booking form before paying. The session includes a call summary and transcript. Use your booking email to manage the appointment or contact us for help.
Refunds and problems
To request a refund or report a problem, email the address above with your purchase email, receipt reference and a short explanation. Do not send your card details. A full playbook refund ends access from that purchase; a partial refund does not. These terms do not remove any cancellation, refund or other rights that apply to your purchase by law.
Using the material
The playbook and consultations offer educational career guidance. They do not promise a job, salary, funding or a particular outcome, and do not replace individual medical, legal or financial advice. Use the templates for your own work and applications. Please do not share your account or redistribute the paid material.
